This is a mans world

“We are the Cheese & Burger Society. We believe that cheese is the Grand Poo-bah of every cheeseburger…”

Okay okay, I know this is advertising and all, but it’s brilliantly done, and it has to do with burgers, which makes it kind of okay for a man to just give in and be a victim in a commercialized society.
I’ll keep it short, but from a professional perspective, the speaker is so well chosen, the copywriting is spot on and gets to the heart of every man, the idea and concept is truly simple, yet effective, and the creative execution is just impressive.

Enough geek talk… If you’re a man, be warned. This will be your new guiding light.

Go visit burgerandcheese.com and tell my what your favourites are? Today I’m feeling all Sheboygan.

(ooh, and the images are courtesy of Wisconsin Cheese. However, I’ll be surprised if they ask me to remove them after this appraisal)

Mary and Max

From the pretty unknown writer/director Adam Elliot comes a claymatic movie telling the tale of friendship between two unlikely pen pals: Mary, a lonely, eight-year-old girl living in the suburbs of Melbourne, and Max, a forty-four-year old, severely obese man living in New York.
