Office Manager

Can you keep our projects and team on track?

We are on the lookout for an organized, cheerful and dynamic office manager. The right person will have a can-do attitude and the skill set to make us the well-organized and efficient organization we’re always dreaming of being.

Where: Copenhagen.
When: We’ll wait for the right candidate.
Type: Full time.
Salary: Based on experience, but don’t choose us for the money 😉

About The Position

Making the most of our team’s resources is your key responsibility: it’s like a huge LEGO puzzle with bricks that are constantly being moved around and repurposed.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of our studio in Copenhagen. You will co-ordinate and meticulously plan our client projects and processes, and you will organize administrative and team activities.

You will be responsible for making the office run smoothly. You will welcome new employees, evaluate and report on projects within the team, organize events and functions, and in general support the daily lives of our partners.

Our organizational structure is matrix oriented, which means that every project team is assembled to suit the project. We need an office manager to be at the very center of all our projects, to support our producers and partners and ensure the daily and hourly coordination and scheduling of our team resources.

We expect you to use your insights and experience to help us build a stronger, smarter and more efficient organization. You will be at the very center of the daily production and report directly to our producers and partners.

Personal Traits

You’re a can-do person and you make things happen. You are extremely well-organized, diplomatic, articulate, diligent and trustworthy. You are distinctly service-minded and understand the nurturing part of the role. To accompany all of the above a good sense of humor is always a plus.

Professional Experience

A relevant education. Deep coordinating skills, and experience in reporting and analysis of budgets and hours. Flair for numbers, budget tracking and intuitive and organized reporting skills. A few years of experience from a similar position.
