The way we speak to each other is changing. Hiding behind our screens we tend to forget that there's another human being at the other end. This might seem harmless at first, but over the last decade, this behaviour has been creeping into our physical lives too, and to us seems to slowly but surely erode our shared respect for diverse opinions and perspectives. Simple, basic, conditions for living alongside each other is deteriorating, and this seems to directly influence the resilience of our democracies around the world.
Denmark is no exception, and we set out to create a movement towards a more nuanced, respectful way of speaking to each. Likely a cause that would never end. We named the movement "Ord Smitter" which translates to "Words Are Infectious"
